Too many homeless people taking over the property. No chairs by the pool . All the homeless smokers take them to smoke and gather. Dogs barking i complain. No cleaning service not once. My floor was dirty. I will never stay their again.

This place is a dump. Starting with our reservation being cancelled because we arrived after 1 am. We had to wait about half an hour to get the matter resolved. We booked two rooms and both were in horrible conditions. One room had no soap, no shampoo, no lotion, nothing. There was a man driving through the hallways in a bike, there were people drinking outside in the parking lot. It felt very unsafe and we definitely won’t be back. The breakfast that is included is prepackaged muffins and granola bars. Very disappointed.

The room is not clean. The carpet is dirty. They said breakfast was included, thas was a big lie. No breakfast at all. That was a bad experience.

The hotel and room were extremely dirty. We didn’t stay we checked out and went to a different hotel

Room was dirty.toilet didn't flush correctly.the whole place needs a facelift

Very old dirty and manager was rude and couldn’t help me with anything tv kept going on mute he said he will send someone to fix but never happened just a filthy place from rugs to bed just plain old dirty and smoke through the 3 rd floor was jus a really bad experience never again thinking about not using your site to book anything else because y’all have a part in this because y’all vouch for this place never again and the money I spent was insane for this place
