I booked through Exoedia and the property said they didnt have my reservation. The assistant manager said they probably double booked it because they were full. We got charged for the room somehow and Expedia was useless to help. We had to find another hotel at 8 at night after a long flight. Total nightmare.

Dogs barking at 530 I didn’t get a room to not sleep woke me and my friend who also had a room next to me but woke up my grandkids so I got no sleep

Double booked and askedto leave after having to extend my time in town. 8 days in a room i had to leave and was charged twice for the room after i was told i could not stay in it.

Shower flooded because shower curtain did not meet the length of shower. Reported to mgr and nothing was done. Breakfast consisted of small blueberry muffin and use of a vending machine

One of the dirtiest rooms I've ever started in, did bathing in the middle of the night, towels had stains on them and were not clean

The sleeper sofa was very dirty both couch and mattress! There was a broken shelf in the closet. The floors in the entire room were super sticky. Staff was nice, but place didn't offer clean conditions.

The lobby seemed to be clean and Brandy at the desk was very nice. The first thing we noticed when we entered the room was that one of beds was tilted down. I looked under the bed and found that a wheel was broken off. I asked for a different room, but I was told that there were no others the same size available. We then found a towel and a wash cloth that had some unsightly stains on them. I took them to Brandy and she traded them out.
