Smells like weed as soon as you enter. Room was dirty. Sticky floor and badly stained carpet. Had a kitchen but no utensils, crockery or cutlery. Asked for a glass in the evening for a drink but they only had coffee mugs. Was supposed to stay 4 nights but couldn’t stand more than 2 nights. Left after the 2nd night

Piss Off (Piss-off) room smelled like crap and i killed a couple Roaches, Manger was rude until i sd i would pay for the night i stayed. He asked me did i tell the clerk. I sd yes, and no i wasnt offered a new room. But the clerk for the night crew did offer 30.00 off (never received). Think i will complain to the corp office..

Very bad hotel. The hotel is one of the worst I have experienced. Dirty. No service. They would not even change the not working lamp in the room. The bath tub was not washed and sop and other things still left in the bath room and they would not even change the room.

Staff was not at all in their game. The property was in clean kept condition. My thoughts are that it’s just poorly managed.

Do not stay at the Extended Stay in Melbourne, FL. The staff were rude constantly. The hotel repetitively ran out of toilet paper. On multiple occasions there was management aggressively approaching guests with a German Shepherd to harass the guests at exactly the check out time.
