a warning sign greets you as you enter the manually opening front door to be aware the place is not safe. you can hear dogs barking in the hotel and there were cockroaches in the room. the first room we were sent to work was being done on the AC and we then had to log all our luggage by ourselves to another room. Thanks God was only one night

Dirty shower. Dirty room. One water cup for a room that sleeps 6. Garbage had diaper from previous visitors. Breakfast is grab and go. No milk for coffee. Coffee tastes like water. Hot water has black dots in it. Anything you ask for you get "sorry we just ran out of that". Please, avoid coming to this place.

The receptionist was extremely friendly. Where was the BREAKFAST!!!! A muffin is not a breakfast. I'm looking into getting $20.00 refund. For the breakfast I had to buy. I don't drink coffee, no juice was offered. I will never stay at this America Suite. I just got home but I will be doing a review online.

Avoid & don’t book through hotels.com or 3rd party I got to the hotel after hours and used the phone to try to contact the front desk. After waiting for 20+ mins and repeat calls I finally waived down someone to let me check in. The hotel smelled like bed spray and I was incredibly itchy the next morning with a headache. I went to check out early and stay at another hotel and they refused to refund me for the additional two nights saying because I booked through Hotel.com I would be charged even if I did not stay those night... read more

Tobacco smell in a smoke free room, room molding and wall finish deteriorating, coming apart due to age and quality of material.

Staff was excellent, but the rooms were outdated and dirty. Housekeeping didn't come once. The caliber of guests was on the lower end, dealing with prostitution, drug use, and homeless. I certainly appreciated the pet accommodation for an additional fee, but this is not a hotel I would stay at again unless it's cleaned up from the rooms, to the facilities/amenities, and guests.

Dirty worn out room. Hallways smelled very bad. Top it all off the maid entered my room before I checked out and my phone disappeared… Waiting for a response from management about how they plant to handle this.
