It was close to the airport. But it had no hot tub, no pool, and there was so much traffic at rush hour it is almost impossible to make a left turn out of the property onto the main road. Also, the front desk clerk caused a fire and the whole building was full of smoke and smoke smell. The fire truck was called, but she told them that she doesn't know where the fire was or how it happened.

We checked in got to room bed was not made went back to check-I gave us upgrade very nice room smelled of stale tobacco said had no other rooms got stuck with it all night checked out at 6 am did get room comped

Jenny at the front desk was very courteous and has excellent customer service experience. The room had a musty, humid smell to it. The carpet was damp; I requested someone to come and spray some deodorant and clean the AC that was dirty. When I came back, they just left a bottle of fabreeze and the AC was still not clean. The next morning, I woke up with a sore throat from inhaling the humidity, musty smell. The Extended Stay America is said to be a SMOKE FREE facility however our Non Smoking room smelt like burnt cigarettes upon entry. I was very displeased about this having a little one staying. They advertise free breakfast... that was a joke! They have muffins, oatmeal and coffee. And lets not begin to explain how many times I had to ask for coffee, there is no coffee in the lobby except for when they have the breakfast stuff out.
