No room cleaning or sheets changed. Had to go to desk and deliver dirty towel and get clean ones. No hair dryer in room however a nice lady took one off wall of another room and brought it to us.

The new assistant manager threatened to kick me out she accused me of asking other guests for meth and money which is very untrue! My husband was having seizures and was in the hospital receiving a blood transfusion and she said ma’am I can’t give you a late checkout I don’t know what to believe (calling me a liar) It made me cry the way I was treated as my husband just got home from the hospital 2 days ago and was in critical condition.
