ESD Hotel - Melbourne, FL Adequate services, nice room, excellent value. When I did need maintenance services, it was handled same day. Rebooking and/or getting a receipt during check out is very clumsy.
Had to switch rooms because their housemade forgot to clean our room that they put us in and the 2nd room smelled like old pee and BO. Told staff and they were suppose to have maintand we had to buy our own air fresheners

Staff nice & accommodating despite facility conditions and no upper management. Minutes into arrival I had to clean tub and sweep if I wanted bath because of staff shortage. Told tub was clean probably rust spots despite recentroom renovations. Chairs and sofa had food crumbs and grime in crevices which can lead to disease & germs. No garbage can in room. No water pressure due to water leak at pool. Nothing to eat at grab n go breakfast even out of coffee cups.

The sheet on sofabed was filthy. No dishes or iron was in the room. There was nothing but coffee for the grab and go breakfast until my last day when I checked out. If you stay less than a week, they do not clean the room
