Forgotten dirty towels in sink and damp in room. We asked to be moved rooms due to a stale odour. All is well with new room. Receptionist was very accomodating.
Hotel industrial washers were unavailable, forced to launder own sheets and towels accordingly. Area is relatively sketchy, waited 20 minutes for someone to show up at the desk for check in. Wasn't horrendous, but wasn't ideal by any means.

The place was dirty. The first room we were in had a dirty toilet, broken hide a bed and smelled awful. The second room smelled better but was still dirty in some places. There was moisture in the bathroom on the ceiling that was dripping and yellow. Within a couple hours I was feeling ill. There was a homeless man digging through the inside trash at the end of the hall that was overflowing and sketchy people staying there. We left after I started feeling ill. I'm sorry for you experience here at our hotel. The manager was working since 5:00 AM that day and still had rooms to clean, and the front desk lady that checked you in was just helping us out for the day and was not aware that the couch was waiting for a replacement piece. Maintenace and the manager checked the room the next day, and the only thing we saw in the bathroom was the condensation residue from hot showers. Our hotel does not smell. Pair of stars for the effort but the place stinks of mildew and animal smells, was no clarity of the lack of pool, was empty and with leaves on it, they do not offer breakfast, just some snacks and coffee. front desk staff were nice,
This property is a dump and not clean, we turned around and walked out. Did not stay and fighting for a refund now.
Advertised as having a pool and breakfast included. It is why I went out of my way to go a little further because the other hotels I would look at that had either a pool or breakfast but not both well the pool was down the entire stay and breakfast was a dish set out with two granola bars in it not two kinds just two granola bars and super weak coffee with grinds in it. This location is close to many restaurants, gas stations and Sam’s club. This location regrettably wasn’t for my family. Upon entering the facility and even in our room we could smell smoke. Our actual room had an odor of mold as well. My daughter was not feeling well as a result and we requested a refund. We were lucky to be able to rebook at the same extended stay but off of Hollywood ave (near Sprouts) and it was a completely different experience!! Pool was out, even though we made sure beforehand it had pool available as this was the only weekend we’d be able to get out all year. Day showed up—> no pool, failed inspection. Very disappointed. Upsetting. Other than that it was perfect. Perfect location for everything.
the cleaning was very bad, I found a cockroach; an empty bottle on the floor; a coat behind the door; no hairdryer and breakfast was coffee with cake
