The sleeper sofa was very dirty both couch and mattress! There was a broken shelf in the closet. The floors in the entire room were super sticky. Staff was nice, but place didn't offer clean conditions.

The lobby seemed to be clean and Brandy at the desk was very nice. The first thing we noticed when we entered the room was that one of beds was tilted down. I looked under the bed and found that a wheel was broken off. I asked for a different room, but I was told that there were no others the same size available. We then found a towel and a wash cloth that had some unsightly stains on them. I took them to Brandy and she traded them out. Fire alarm hangin off the wall, git a house a week early and they refused to give our money back and blamed Expedia. So much pot smoking in the parking lot you get high walkin in the hotel. Manager Christina is have flings with guest or at least with the man in room 109, ir why is she in his room or hugging him in the hall way. 2691 dollars and we had to buy cleaning supplies the first day

Well I don’t because I was by Expedia that the hotel had to cancel my reservation but when the hotel told it has to be Expedia because it’s a third reservation, and also my reservation was switched without my permission and when I try to change the date Expedia told it’s up to them and hotel say the same , I was charge $ 9.00 cancellation fee and $72 .00 for the hotel stay and no one wants to reimburse my money . I don’t trust Expedia or that hotel and I am very disappointed of Expedia because they used to be my favorite for... read more

There’s no ice machine, breakfast is just oatmeal packages and muffins. Pretty expensive for what it offers, definitely not coming back. I have stayed in cheapest hotel with a better experience, unfortunately this was a last minute trip.

You could tell countertops were not wiped down at check in and in the room. The shower faucet leaked. The room could use someone to wipe down all surfaces. The kitchen suite and bathroom were clean. Just the rest of the room was neglected

The room smelled very smoky, shower curtain allowed water to pour all over floor, many questionable characters around property—did not feel safe.
