Very dirty hotel, when I checked in the hotel staff acted like I was a bother. The hallways smelled like smoke and marajuana. Sheets were not washed, there was hair in my bed. Towels looked like they were not washed either. They said in the Kitchen there would be pots/pans/glasswhere and there was absolutely nothing in the kitchen.

Terrible hotel Terrible hotel. Very dirty, no hospitality, and feel not safe.

Horriblr The condition of my first room was horrible stains on the carpet & sticky floors. The front desk clerk told me that she was aware of the stains in the room. I changed rooms immediately but my next room was only a little better. There was not any cups , dishes , nor trash can in the room. Housekeeping barely came and the bed and pillows were uncomfortable. I woke up to boxed toilets along the hall next to each room. The hallway had terrible lighting and a bad smell. Not ideal but will do if absolutely necessary The hotel was very disappointing. First, I thought my reservation was for the Holiday Inn Express down the street from it. Next, they didn’t have my reservation in their system. I had to call Expedia and have it faxed over. Then, the room was very inadequate. I could barely get through the door because of the refrigerator. The appliances are outdated. The ac unit was running water all over the floor. There were roaches crawling. Nope. Where do I start? Our room was small. For 3 of us staying in the room, if you wanted to watch tv, you either had to all be on the bed, or the couch. Very weird set up. Not to mention this must be 1970 something because you only get four channels, and they were fuzzy, came in alright if I held the cable up in the back. I probably would’ve had better luck with rabbit ears. The cabinets were all “sticky” I didn’t even want to touch them. Filthy room. Filthy hallways, AC unit was barely operative. Refrigerator had someone's pills and trash on top of it with a coating of grease. Kitchenette had loose food particles everywhere in drawers. Really disgusting. Housekeeping at this property is worthless. I observed the same trash in the hallways the entire time I was there. Property has TV set to go off automagically after 90 minutes and resets the volume to very low and Headline News for the channel. Good location but terrible hotel The hotel had dirty rooms, insects, bad service, and a small breakfast. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

The room was fairly nice we had a broken side lamp in our room and the bed was awful honestly would have rather slept on the floor

Not for the average vacation. Hotel located in a business district and suitable for companies works but if you are on a vacation stick to the German town location or you will just be surrounding yourself with rude crews and vulgar language from staff as well as other guest, not a good place for the family
