Ok for one night. The front desk staff was nice even though the person that booked us in never really booked us in our room. So there was a bit of mix up. But it was fixed the next morning. But the rooms need updating and they had roaches. We stayed for 3 days and We seen roaches crawling up the walls in the hallways and on the carpet and eventually started coming into our room. Never again Front lobby smelled badly of pot, rooms were awkward and dirty, no extra pillows or blankets for roll away, no one at the desk all night then not even on time in the morning, no breakfast as advertised, bad crowd at the hotel screaming and fighting.

Close to Graceland Room not clean, did not have coffe pot, iron or ironing board.

Served it's purpose but... This hotel may be ok any other day but someone had been fighting before i got there. There was a blood trail leading to the front desk and elevator. Took forever to check on in. The satellite nor the phone worked in the room.

Not impressed overall but comfortable and affordab Our room the first night had 2 used towels from previous guests, Burn holes in carpet all over, kitchen lights did not work, remote did not work, and a roach in the bed the next day. They moved us to a different room the that day. The only problem there was the drawer on dresser was broken off. The stairs were full of debris from dirty shoes. Terrible Hotel One of the worst ever. No cleaning of the room during the entire 2 day stay. Only 2 bath towels and 1 face towel given for 2 adults over a 2 day stay. The place was even stingy on TP, and only provided less than a 1/4 roll. We had to go out and buy our own! Housekeeping did not even clean room or give new towels, this after I asked the housekeeping person nicely to please provide extra towels. Place is extremely dirty. We saw the same empty plastic coke bottle left in the hallway for multiple days. I can only ... read more

Unbelievable Roaches in Room, I had to Throw Away my Food because of Roaches; Hair all over the Bed! No Wash Cloth in the Bathroom for Shower!

Not the room I booked The room I was given was NOT the room I booked. This is the second or third time this has happened not to mention there are never any towels and during my last visit the room was infested with roaches. I brought this to the staffs attention at checkout and all she could or cared to offer was "awe...ok".
