Horrible stay We had two rooms and found small roaches throughout both. Never again

Not Very Good No breakfast but coffee and nutty bar. AC didn't work in the room. Had problems getting into the room door. Not very nice hotel and it smells like scoal.

About 20 minutes from downtown area. Our room had a broken phone and some were broken prior to us being inside the room. We notified the front desk about it. Overall I would not recommending booking extended stay America, mines as well put out 30 more bucks for a better night sleep. The location is very close to the airport which makes it very convienent when you have an early flight but at night you can hear the planes flying over very loud noises. Thank goodness I was there for only 1 night.

It was ok for the use The towels weren’t clean only two pillows on the bed and the air conditioning wasn’t working well

Don’t ever stay here if you value your life!!!! Walked in the door smelled strong like marijuana!!! Room was filthy. Floors were so sticky your socks came off your feet and stuck to the floor. Sink in bathroom was stopped up. They told me only 2 people work there they didn’t have time to help me. I asked for another room. No more rooms. Left went out to eat came back. STAY AWAY-HORRIBLE STAY Horrible attitude from manager Miriam when you disagreed with her about policies. They did not tell us before we paid that they don't offer cleaning your room if u stay less than 7 days. There was not a sign saying if you want your room cleaned you have to sign up and pay extra. Good Hotel - Bad Customer Service We reached Memphis around 1 am, I had booked a room with 2 queen beds as we were traveling with kids. The receptionist didn't seem happy to see us at this hour as she was clearly unhappy and woke up from her sleep. Once I checked in and I went up to my room, it only had 1 bed.
