Will never stay here again Kitchen not stocked with anything at all, no cups, plates, cookware, etc. Half the time no staff at front desk. No shampoo available for last three days. Room dirty, appliances rusty and dented. Maid service is an additional charge. "Breakfast" is weak coffee and greasy muffins.

The TRUTH. We showed up and it took 20 minutes to check in because they didn't know what rooms where clean and what were dirty. As we were waiting for them to check us in, we had 4 people come downstairs complaining about their rooms, we should have ran then. We made it to our room which didn't have any towels, toilet paper, tissues, trash cans, trash bags, cups, plates, bowls or silverware all which should have been included. Worst hotel experience ever. Had a reservation and pre-paid for it. Got to the hotel at night, they said they're system was down and wouldn't give us a room. My family and I had to sleep in the car that night.

Yuck Fortunately for us, we only had to be in the room for 4 hours. But it was a long 4 hours, I didn't sleep much. The room had not been vaccuumed and there were crumbs in the carpet. There were probably bugs coming out after we turned the lights out. The bathroom sink was dirty, it had clearly not been cleaned, there was toothpaste all over it. The kitchen countertops had not been wiped down. The room smelled of cigarette smoke, and the hallway smelled of weed. Will not ever be back.
