Terrible When I was checking in a business man was checking out (a day early). When asked by the staff about his stay he responded, ‘Terrible- just terrible.’ I should have listened to him. Hotel is filthy. Desk staff is teenagers. Housekeeping staff ran out of towels the second day of stay. Everything mechanical squeaked. Any room facing the highway gets road noise all night. There is NOTHING close to hotel and was advised not to walk near hotel at night.

Towels in the bathroom looked dirty, bed sheets had a funny smell

Very bad false advertise ment Old not very safe and this was my BIRTHDAY was not a good Birthday at all

Should be told at check in no room service. Told after day #2 no room service and if I did it was a fee if you wasn't staying 7 days. Room was kitchenette however no dinnerware in room. Staff not check to see if I needed any extra towels for my 3 night stay. I stripped bed and called down for sheets and towels. They Never arrived to room or said I could come at them. We slept on top of spread and was happy to check out next morning. We left and checked into Laquinta Inn and Suites for our last 2 nights.

Pitiful When we arrived we were told that our room was ready. However, upon entering the room we proceeding to get dress for the evening only to discover that there were no towels in our room. We called front desk numerous times and line was busy for hours. So I walked up there and the lady told me the phone is off the hook. Then we proceeded to ask for an iron and towels so we could continue getting dressing. Two hours later around 4:30 pm we finally got an iron but no towels which made us extremely late for our reservation... read more

Not recommended def a 402 Friendly place. I thought skunks were running around. Not the hotels fault but overall the staff was semi helpful. For a few dollars, there are much better options.

Never again! The hotel smell like a marijuana farm. But it's supposedly 100 % no smoking. The location is awful. And the room didn't have face towels. I called the front desk 2 or 3 times for the young lady to lie to me like she was coming right up with the towels. Just flat out lied until her shift was over. I called again after 11pm and the young lady finally that had just came in for the night shift finally admitted that there were no face towels available.
