Staff was pleasant..everything else was below average but was just staying 1 night...we got in late but was still very noisy w once we tried to go to sleep.

The service staff was pleasant and helpful. The building was not well kept - trash around entrance and common areas. Room was clean.

Bad Location No garbage can in any part of room, including bathroom. Lyft driver told us there was a shooting a few months before our stay.

Regretful stay The check-in was at 3 and our 2 rooms were not ready when we arrived there at 3:45pm and we had to wait until about 5pm. There were not enough towels; everything we needed had to be requested; there was no soap, shampoo, conditioner, coffee pot, cups, plates, nothing... There were only 2 people working in the hotel, the front desk and 1 cleaning lady; the front desk person had to go help the cleaning lady to get my 2 rooms ready and there were about 5 people waiting on the front desk. Hotel close to airport 1st room tv did not work. 2nd room was dirty no linens on bed no towels. 3rd room dried blood on carpet and bedskirt. I stayed at this place on Dec.21. I came to desk someone complained about roaches. I never saw any. Next day on checkout staff laughing and talking about roaches in the room. They were embarrassed when I heard them talking about the roaches and 1 girl apologized. Very unprofessional! I live in California. I would not stay here again

Roaches, sticky /dirty floors, broken locks Cockroaches running all over kitchen counter, and no sticky traps plus droppings all over floor under counters and fridge. Smelly rotten odor and sticky floors where laments, stains all over old dirty carpets in the rest. The only cart is broken, the doors to push the broken cart are opposite so you can't push cart and open doors at same time. NOT breakfast, only coffee, granola bar, oatmeal packet and muffin. Disgusting and Infested Out of 3 nights I was only able to stay 1 and a half of those nights. The first night I awoke with several bites on my arm but could not find any culprits. I could hardly enjoy my shower because the towels were absolutely disgusting and unclean. After this first night, I was afraid to sleep here again. At 3 in the morning I awoke with three times as many bites on my arm only to discover a couple of bed bugs on the bed.
