Air conditioner broke the hotel is run down and is not the best staff

Deplorable Hotel The hotel was out of everything no glasses no cups run out of everything everyday no dishes in room hotel need renovating need painting outside cleaning need to be condem

Horrible hotel When I got too my room I noticed that my room was extremely hot. I asked for a maintenance man too fix the air in my room but no one came to fix the air. I sweated all night long and couldn't sleep let alone breath. This hotel was just terrible for my first time experience and needs improvement immediately.

Awful, not even a glass in the room Someone else came up and had been assigned the same room!!!! Awful experience

Nightmare Terrible experience. Traveled over 450 miles to ave biggest disappointment ever. But never again.

If You Have No Other Choice I had a last minute trip to Memphis for business. Little did I know that it was Elvis week. There were not too many hotel options available, but I had stayed at Extended Stays before with some good luck. Despite the reviews, I gave this one a shot. Well the prior reviews were accurate. The hotel staff upon entry were nice. The hotel and room itself, not so much. The room felt and looked worn and dirty. Not that I needed it, but the refrigerator itself was all dented. Not impressed This hotel is in a business park. It needs an upgrade. The room comes with a kitchen, yet there were no pots or pans, no plates or silverware. There was nothing to use in the kitchen. I would not stay there again.
