Closet rack is upset down. Blind is drop from top. Door lock is broken

Don't stay here Someone broke in our car. The front desk clerk claims that she was on break and didn't see anything. There were someone else who had their car broke into as well. They need to hire security to monitor the hotel not just the complex.

Wonderful staff, awful room I know that you get what you pay for and I was honestly trying to save a little since I was only on an overnight trip. The front desk staff was more than helpful, but my room left much to be desired. The telephone in my room was broken, there were dead bugs on the bathroom counter, and a lot else in the room just seemed worn and barely (if ever) cleaned. I don't think I will be visiting this establishment ever again.

Not good services The room was clean an that's the only good thing. The ladies at the front desk was very unprofessional. They talked about other employees while at the front. I asked for more towels an was told it was a shortage. I asked the housekeeping to clean our room an she told me u gotta stay at least 7 days. The breakfast is a joke they don't keep it stocked an not varsity. I was just very unpleased. The price was good an the room was the only good thing once again.

PESIMO muy mal hotel , muy sucio, no tienen servicio shuttle complemntario al aeropuerto. Me dijeron que el hotel no tiene General Manager desde hace 2 meses. MUY MALA ESPERIENCIA

Don't stay here Stench of marijuana in Galway that are suppose to be non smoking. We paid for 4 adults to stay but were only able to get 2 towels. Also we were suppose to pay a 1 hundred dollar deposit since we paid in cash Expedia said it would be refunded at the end of our stay. The motel said they would have to mail it to us. Very old looking. Carpets filthy.

Old, moldy & noisy Close to freeway noise, AC very noisy, moldy smell, no business center. Not up to expected level of Extended Stay in other areas. Not up to the level of a normal Super 8.

No one to check in with! Arrived there at 10 pm to find no one to check in with. Called the hotel's nationwide booking and they tried to locate someone to check us in. Waited 45 minutes to find Ms. C arriving and rudely saying she had to help other guests. The morning staff was very nice, but it shouldn't take 45 minutes to check in.

Check in was easy and parking was free. The room had a strong smell and stains on the floor. Did not end up staying through my reservation.
