So I arrived and was told I could not check in without a card (which I did not have with me) I told them I would have to take a bus back to North Memphis could they connect me to the wifi so I could check the bus times. No. I'm not a guest. Um yes I am I have a reservation and iv paid. Oh you haven't checked in.... Unsympathetic attitude. Completely ruined my stay. Everything else was fine

Great Manager The female manager was very kind and accommodating through our trip. While the hotel itself could use some updates- she made our stay very warm and welcome.
