My second stay here. There was hair in the bed, on the toilet, and tub. Spots on the sheets and towels. Other than that it's great.

The hotel was ok for $45. I didnt know i would end up paying $60. My card was double charged for both prices. Im still waiting on my refund. Thankfully i had the money to cover this error in my account. Hotel.com didnt know where my money went. But the hotel was ok overall.

Good for a Quick Stay It’s my first time to stay in Extended Stay America and I would say that it was not bad, though the non-smoking room I stayed in had a little smell of smoke. It’s good for an overnight stay. Location is 15-20 mins. away from downtown Memphis.

Very good quality for your money! The only negative part was the breakfast was a 2/10, fortunately a Waffle House is like 10 minutes away! The room was clean and surprisingly you couldn't really hear the interstate or any airplanes. We'll more than likely stay there again if we find ourselves returning to Memphis!

You Get What You Pay For. . . Needed a place to stay while traveling and knew it was going to be a late arrival and early departure, so we planned accordingly. Also, we travel with a dog, so that played into our decision as well. The staff at this hotel was just amazing -- very, very friendly and helpful. Honestly, the room was worth the price we paid for it and we would stay there again. It's not incredibly clean or cozy, but the staff was awesome and the price was great!

Cheap, good for short stays We had a room issue when we checked in but it was resolved quickly. We had trouble getting kitchenware the first day. But the staff made sure as soon as items became available we received them. Breakfast is grab and go; muffins, granola bars, oatmeal, coffee and hot drinks. The staff and manager are great. We had a billing issue that was resolved the day I call about it.
