The lodging served its purpose for my visit in Memphis. It is near the airport and in close proximity to many different attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful if you needed anything that they would accommodate you the best that they can. The breakfast is basic with coffee, grits, muffins and granola bars. Having a refrigerator was convenient if you are staying multiple nights. Keep in mind, you get what you pay for and it is an Extended Stay and not the Ritz Carlton. We almost like joked for a different hotel The room smell so bad! And together with the cigaret ashes in both lamps in the night stand, the sticky floors and balls of hair in the blankets made us look for a room at a different place. Couldn’t find anything that late Also, we aware that breakfast means coffe and cereal bars

The hotel was fairly clean but needed some work on up-keep. Breakfast was only cereal and toast. Center garden area was beautiful. Laundry room only had 1 of 3 washers working and 2 of 4 dryers. The manager was great! She worked hard to accommodate with our requests. It isn't the greatest hotel but it is a good hotel for the price. We enjoyed our stay there.

So so but good for the price Room had a odor...exit signs and emergency lights were broken

Night shift front desk lady rude! Obviously there was a problem with the front desk when I asked for some flatware that I had been lead to believe would already be in the room and was informed that the front desk was closed
