Memphis Stay I hope this help. For the price point it's an excellent stay. Being a travel agent, I look at properties as if I'm booking for a client. Rooms clean, nice space, and great price. I would recommend a stay here.

It was ok til breakfast time. Breakfast was horrible. We paid too much for 1 night for them to serve stale bread. Muffins. And cereal and juice. Didn’t have anything warm or hot. Most places have a waffle maker. Rooms that cost considerably less at least have waffles.

Fair Desk lady didn’t come out to talk just answered from back, very loud one night, no daily room service.

The no smoking smoking hall You have to sign a no smoking waver form or you get fined $250 but then I walk down my hall and it smells for smoke terribly!

Nice for short stay Hotel was comfortable but I had an overnight stay. It was in a quiet area and staff was friendly.
