Checked in and first room I was given was left wide or someone kicked the door in. Went downstairs and complained they up graded me to a “King Suite” but when I went to the room , it was infested with bugs And cockroaches. Went back down and requested my money back and left. I will be making a call to City of Memphis building and health department.
While i was waiting, during the busiest time of the day, check out, there was only 1 person at the desk. The printer brome and she had no one to assist her. A customer checked out and stated the room needed to be sprayed because it had bugs that only came out at night!!! She actually felt it crawling on her leg!!! There was broken furniture in the lobby/sitting area and when I walked onto the floor it felt like I went back in time! Dark gloomy halls that smelled like marijuana. Just Ghetto! DIRTY with rude night girl! Night front desk clerk was awful. She was fine when her boss was there but as soon as she was alone, she couldn’t be bothered to help us. We purposely got a room with a sofa bed to USE IT. But there were no extra linens & only 2 towels in the room. We had to ask 3 times to get another blanket and sheet and only got it because i walked to the front desk and asked again. She never gave us another pillow or towels. This was a dirty, nasty and full of roaches old property. While checking in multiple other guests complained about their rooms and wanted to either leave or change rooms. Door to room wouldn’t close properly or lock.

Terrible hotel. Dirty floors, asked for more wash cloths they advised that we bring our used ones in order to get clean ones HORRIBLE experience

Filthy carpet I had to ask twice for another room. The air wasn't working in my room, there was a dead bug in my bed abs the carpet was filthy!
