1st room had a weird ugly smell. Second room had roaches. The floor was dirty with lil black things. Spilled water on the floor and used a towel to clean it up, the towel came up BLACK. Sheets wer stained and put on inside out for some reason. Worst hotel ive ever stayed in. Dirty and gross!

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at Absolutely horrible. The whole hotel smelled of weed from the ground floor to the third floor. Staff would not do anything about it. When confronted about it, they stated “yeah we know but we can’t do anything about it”. The second room we got moved into had half of a cheeseburger from a fast food restaraunt behind our nightstand. Dirty, dogs barking and not a nonsmoking room. Went to room and walked out

Room had a strong smoke smell even though it was a non smoking room. Overall 1 star hotel.

Very unhappy customer I was very disappointed with my stay. My room at roaches and dirty bed sheets. My tv only showed 4 channels. I called to report Eve and was told they didn’t have any more rooms available. I always book with Extended Stay but never Sybil this location. I was told that it wiould receive a call from the manager but never received a call .

The facility was overall poor ! Would never stay there again .. Only highlight was it was convenient to get to and from the airport minutes away! Other than the hotel was definitely below moderate. Would not recommend for a stay! Expedia should consider reimbursement to anyone who recently stay there and also remove it from listing for booking..
