So, the first night I got to this place, there were ants crawling around my room. I told the night person desk worker, but she didn't believe me and just hung up. After the second round of ants discovered in the morning, I spoke to the manager & they changed my room. The manager told her staff that I would be changing rooms, but the other staff forgot. NEED TO CALL AN EXTERMINATOR Check in was pleasant property seemed nice at first glance. Room had space then after dark noticed the bugs. I was afraid to leave even my drink out . I found roaches in my bag I had put in closet and in my shoes. I left before 6 am because I couldn't stand the bug problem

Never Again Yes they have roaches, I stayed two nights and I seen at least 10+ roaches in my room... the refrigerator was unplugged for whatever reason.. found a cigarette in the nightstand. And to make matters worst when I turned on the A/C Unit black debris shot out and covered the floor and the curtains. I really didn’t believe these reviews on here but I learned my lesson.. These workers have no regard for safety or cleanliness.
THIEVES Very upset they overcharged my card. When I was supposed to pay 66. I want my money back!!!!
The room was clean the only problem i had was the roaches soon as i checked in my room i turned in the lights and i saw the roaches i immediately notified the front desk told the lady i wanted to check out. I also want to say each floor had a awful sour smell like garbage and dirty diapers they really need to clean this property up. Other than those issues it would have been a nice place to stay but i wouldn't recommend this location

There were bugs all in my room. Roaches & beetles. I started eating and roaches came up to the counter were my food was. Didnt wait till i finished eating

This Extended Stay America was horrible! They had roaches and the rooms were not clean. The photos online were deceiving.
