Dissatisfied Displeased with service, availability, cleanliness respect, attitude from customer service rep, wasn’t available to give me a cot or another room, slept on floor due to it. Messed up my trip

Not a DAM THING ok here is the deal i had to change room 3 times and it wasn't up to my standard very loud on the floor not what im use to when I'm staying at a hotel i do alot of travelling and this is the worst hotel by for i will never stay at one of these hotel again.

ROACH MOTEL!!! 1st room keys didn't work. Given new keys to the next room. Entered 2nd room and ROACHES are crawling all over the floor, the fridge, the sink... 😱. We left the room without 2nd thought. Then we were led to 3rd room with apologies by the staff. 3rd room no roaches but smells, facilities and amenities are falling apart and bad. We had a long day with no energy to check other hotel so we stayed for the night. We NEVER stay Extended Stay America again.
