The hotel was mostly clean. The kitchen cabinets were empty. I had to ask for a coffee maker, dishes, pots , pans, silverware, etc. I was only given a few of each. The microwave was terribly beat up. The TV Reception was poor. The wifi did not work in our room. The sofa bed did not open, and i could see that the mattress was just a bunch of coil springs with a piece of material around it. I doubt anyone could sleep on that. The pots and pans were horribly scratched and misused. We checked out after 1 night.

The staff was EXCELLENT. However it was a non smoking facility but the hallway smelled of cigarettes. Also, being an Extended Stay with a kitchen there were no plates cups pots pans silverware coffee pot - NOTHING. We had to go to the front desk and thi the agent was sooooo nice we got a few things in a Tupperware bin to use as kitchen supplies. We received 2 coffee pots and neither one of them had all the parts so we had to take the pot from one and the filter from another and hold it up to the drip for it to brew. What a h... read more

Did not like anything. My room wasn't cleaned after the last person left. I was given sheets to change myself and no blankets. There was urine on the toilet and roaches in the room. My wife tried to call the front desk and the girl at night kept hanging up on her saying it was out of her hands. Very rude and would appreciate a refund!

Roaches The rooms where roach infested

Totally dirty and unprofessional For one, it’s very well hidden. Our first room (252) was absolutely disgusting. Burns ALL in the carpet, big red stain, full cup and other stuff in the fridge, stuff in the cabinets, the bed was literally remade and none of the sheets were washed (didn’t get a picture of anything other than the fridge but still). We ended up getting a new room and the sheets weren’t washed very well and my towel had a red stain on it. We left to go to an escape room and eat around 10 pm and came back around 1... read more

Wow! This place was awful! The kitchen was on clean with grease on the stove. The carpet had gum stuck to it, the shower drain didn’t drain, and worst of all it was infested with bugs of all types!

They have roaches They had roaches everywhere when we woke up roaches where every where
