I have been coming here once or twice a year for probably 8 years. There has been a continuous decline in quality, but this most recent visit takes the cake. I will not be returning. There are at least three ceiling leaks in the hallway on the second floor, one with a bucket and two without. The first room I got had the tub faucet running continuously. Never again Dirty and smelled like smoke. Checkin process was really slow and took a while to find a staff member to assist.

Complete Nightmare! I arrived at 2 a.m & was told there were no rooms available. There was a cockroach crawling in the lobby & a couple was at the front desk complaining to me about blood & roaches in there room! We both waited at the front desk for some assistance for about 15 minutes. Took an hour to check in. Very unprofessional. Lobby area was congested with people. Did not have remote for tv.

Horrible experience We were not so happy because we arrived after 6 p.m and they had given our room to someone else just because we did get there on time. They had no other rooms available and they still charged us for the night even though we didn't even stay the night. Our money was not refundable.I will make sure to never reserved a room there again. All they want is your money.

Do not walk run away from this hotel/motel This received 3 stars and I'm wondering how or why. The linen was dirty, the cooking area was rusty which could fall into your food and the dresser was missing a drawer not a real big deal but on too of everything else I'm adding it. Lastly the carpet was missing pieces and it smelled of smoke and weed.

The WORST hotel we have ever stayed in as as a family. We had 2 rooms. One room had roaches, so we had to change rooms. The second room was not any better. The entire motel smelled like marijuana. Upon check in we were greeted by a very friendly clerk for check in. She issued 2 sets of keys. The first room I went to, the key card didn’t work.
