Countertops were stained, wi-fi was slow, I had to ask for dishes, and then they brought them to my room in a tub. Lots of slamming doors early am and late at night.

The location was great! Close to shops & restaurants. On the other hand, I heard every conversation outside of my door and outside. For some reason one of the workers stood right outside of my door on her cell phone using vulgar language for 45 minutes or more. The shower wouldn’t turn on & my tv couldn’t receive a signal to play.

There wasn't an ice machine on the property. They didn't provide soap nor did they have lotions. There wasn't someone to talk to after 11p. The good news is that there wasn't any bed bugs.

Not what we expected Just a heads up they don’t clean rooms or bring in clean towels. This was not told to us upfront. The room was hot, the bed uncomfortable, the hallway stunk bad.

Room smelled like an ash tray and was a "nonsmoking" room

The whole place smelled of marijuana. The smell was overwhelming, from the front desk, the halls, and the room. There was dirty linens piled on the floor at the front desk. It was horrible.

One night stay car brokeinto My car got broken into and so did 7 other cars from money to guns was taken. No camera's or security. Office staff that's we need to call the police. The staff was not any help or assistance in this problem. I think that this company needs to look at the note shift staff there. I think 7 car broken into after 1am. I think a inside job staff involved in the brakeins.

There is no maid service. If you want towels or toilet paper you have to go to the front desk and get it. Exchange dirty towels for clean ones means you have to stand in line with your wet/dirty towels and wait until you can exchange them for clean ones. If you want toilet paper you have to go get it. Beds are horrible. Staff apparently would rather be elsewhere
