Worst Hotel Experience of My Life This place literally had the worst customer service. After a long day, we go to check in around midnight and the man at the counter (Michael) was one of the most uncaring and unaccommodating people I’ve ever encountered. Very dirty carpets and dirty inside. Very uncooperative staff at check in register. Wouldn’t give me a copy of my receipt, let me take a photo of my signature and was unhelpful.

Poor communication The hotel was sold out, and we had to seek a hotel to stay at.

Awful stay Very very very very noisy kids running up and down hallway all night, someone played loud music right outside our window!! Was already ignored being that this hotel was was a have to stay because we had to move from another hotel due to it being unclean unprofessional at this point I’m bout fed up with hotel.com never received our cookware we asked for we just ordered take out
