This would've been a 5-star stay, but some guy who drives a truck decided to rev up his horse power engine at 8:30 a.m. this morning (Sat. Dec. 26th) during my critical last hour of sleep before check out. Someone at this property needs to remind him that other guests/occupants are trying to rest & his horse power engine right underneath my bedroom window either late at night or early morning times is disrespectful & uncourteous! Overall stay The hotel itself was clean however rooms are outdated and I personally had to deal with roaches in my room. I will not be returning to this hotel in less my room is comped. And yes I do have video for the management to review.
