I like and love the staff here makes me feel welcome love the coffee and muffins at 630am stay here often
Property was ok. Rugs could use aome cleaning. Elevator broke down and was down for a couple of days until it was fixed. Hotel sfaff made sure everyone was accommodated.

I loved the location, it was a safe neighborhood. Only complaint I have was I had to take my dirty towels downstairs in a bag in order to get fresh towels. I’m use to housekeeping replacing towels. They should change that
Furniture was in slight repair, cloth covered chairs were covered in stains, shower didn’t drain normal, no blow dryer

although it's a "Extended Stay" property, an ice machine would have been complete.
