I love the staff I come here at least once a week sometime twice ..... I love staying here I just wish they had a pool like Germantown parkway lol

It was decent, but there was a theft from several vehicles.

The room was nice for the price. There was a mixup with the room...overbooked. The front desk staff didn’t quite no what to do and I stood at the desk without her communicating with me for awhile. Once that was corrected, everything was fine for a 3 Star Hotel.

My stay was wonderful.. a veteran had fell. And myself an the ladies at front desk was trying to left him but we couldn't.. that goes to show you the kind of women you have working at extended stay.. those ladies were awesome

Not great but ok for price and last minute room Bed was a full size not queen. Room had an odor but not over powering.

Best Hotel in Memphis..But...... This is the best hotel experience I have experienced in a long time, that's why I keep coming back!! Great staff, clean environment.........the only reason I put the but in there cause they need a pool.....at all locations not just this one.
