Horrible Everything Let me tell you something there were roaches and there's mold in the room. And we stayed here for almost a month and now you guys want to throw us out because you have a company coming. Well I'm going to take my videos and upload them to YouTube and show the hell out of your company if you guys do not give us a refund for all the time we stayed here

Désespérant. Tout cet établissement est un attrape touristes. Je vous conseille d de retirer cet établissement de vos propositions.Il est sal,nous avons payé un petit déjeuner que nous n'avons jamais eu, même pas une bouteille d'eau. La chambre était sale.

Miami vice It was too close to the airport with so much air traffic noise I couldn't sleep also there was no information about activities and how to access them in Miami . It was easily accessible to taxis and the bus service.

Se siente igual que al que es estafado. Lavamanos tupido.habian cucarachas...problema para cambiar toallas,toallero roto,le faltaban focos a las lámparas,mal olor,moho en uno de los closets,no había secadora para el cabello,los alrededores muy sucios...en fin no lo recomiendo. No me gustó nada

Buena ubicación pero malas instalaciones y falta de seguimiento de políticas de fumado La limpieza de las habitaciones no la realizaron y estuvimos 8 noches, el desayuno no alcanza y lo que dan es café, las zonas de no fumado no se respetan y la gente anda fumando por todo el hotel e incluso la noche del 31 de diciembre nuestro cuarto se lleno de humo, las instalaciones les falta mantenimiento, las toallas no tienen para cambio de limpias La ubicación

Bad Super expensive we've been here almost a month and the rate has not lowered they have not cleaned our room once and the continental breakfast half of the time they don't even have muffins.
