mala atencion al cliente y mejorar limpieza en hab. La atencion del personal deficiente. En la hab. goteaba la ducha y mojo todo el piso y la toalla de piso. Solo 1 jabon y 1 shampu por hab. El Tv no funcionaba y salio humo, no habia telef en la hab. cuando llame me dijeron que lo arreglarian al dia sgte y que lo hablarian con la manager para ver si me cambiarian de hab. y reclame y recien lo hicieron pero tuve que salir a la media noche para pedir la tarjeta y mudarme a esa hora. awful My room smelled like mold as soon as you walked in and the vents were on. Staff was nice enough to change our room which had a strange smell also. I wanted to leave the facility by my husband was tired after traveling from Nj and said it was only one night. I walked barefoot from the bed to the bathroom and when i walked back to the bed me feet had a gritty dirty feeling. when i looked at my feet they were disgustingly black with dirty.
