Desinformação e mau atendimento Para começar o lobby tinha um odor terrível de cigarro. A funcionária pouco simpática e não receptiva. Não nos foi informado como seria o early checkout, mesmo tendo frisado que sairíamos muito cedo (4:30). No checkout não havia ninguém e a recepção estava totalmente trancada, batemos por muito tempo na porta e ninguém apareceu. Rooms smell like humidity roof had mold. Had rat poop under the bed. Breakfast was muffins, oatmeal and coffee muffins were full of mold. Beds were stained and dirty. Close to the airport and other places

Disappointing Le petit déjeuner a revoir, nous avons eu droit a des cookies emballés et des barres aux céréales vraiment pas top. Le personnel pas souriant et la propreté laisse a désiré. Heureusement qu'on est resté que 2 jours . le wifi et la grandeur de la chambre

Disappointing
Disgusting!!!!! Everything. Looked. Like a hotel that homeless transients stayed at or a hotel that rented by the hour. Disgusting! Mold on walls, ceiling and shower, smelled musty. No front desk staff, cleaning lady “checked me in”. When asked to speak with supervisor on duty was told there was none.

It wasn't avgood stay to an already horrible day Leaky pipe in bathroom Peeling enamel in tub Dirty grout No hot water for shower Mildew smell No communication about $100 deposit before arrival The only thing I liked was the fact that this place was available when no others were!!!

The room we got smelled of fish and very high humidity. The smell in the room was horrible, it smelled like fish and the humidity in there was intense, laying down in the bed for 3 seconds it would feel like you got wet. Glad we only slept there for 4 hours but i wish i could have canceled and just slept in the car.
