Horrible When we checked in the attendant wanted to double charge and keep the money then when we get to the room it smells like shrimp everywhere and there was no TV remote and the phone did not work it was horrible

Disappointing I did not like anything about the place or location. The place is not up to my expectations for the area and It was not presented well on the advertisement. It needs a lot of cosmetic work with the exterior and the backroom, I did not even take a shower. I went to a relative house to shower.

No reserves en Stay América Suites Miami Airport Blue Lagoon Me cancelaron la reserva sin previo aviso. Personal mal educado. Te faltan el respeto y son agresivos. Nada en absoluto

No había personal para hacer el check in a la hora de llegada ni ningun personal de apoyo No hay personal en recepción las 24 horas, a la hora de llegada no había nadie, en el teléfono publicado no contestaron y el teléfono para llamar a servicio no funcionaban

I felt like I was staying in a dirty room. Not all of the appliances worked. I am very disappointed. I overall was not pleased with my experience at this hotel. The room was very dirty. The furniture in the room was chipped, burned, stained and smelled. One of the lambs wouldn’t work. The water never turned hot. I was able to hear through the walls of the rooms next to me. Stay was okay but the breakfast sucks all workers are okay except Ariel he’s always angry Some rooms smell worst than others ,no good breakfast Location and some of the workers were nice
