Tinha reserva, quarto com outra pessoa, fiquei desamparado com minha família O que dizer de um hotel que, mesmo reservado meses antes e pago, me deixou sem quarto? Pior que isso, me entregou a chave do quarto para eu abrir a porta e dar de cara com outra hóspede lá dentro. E, para piorar, disseram que o hotel estava cheio, não foram atrás de outro quarto para mim em outros hotéis da rede, simplesmente devolveram o valor pago deixaram a mim e minha família largados à própria sorte no início da madrugada.

Very Poor O atendimento não foi bom no check-in. Falta limpeza no quarto, principalmente do chão e do banheiro. Achamos barata no quarto, mas o hotel prontamente respondeu fornecendo o reembolso. Também ouvimos muitos barulhos dos móveis e atrás da geladeira Falar com o gerente por e-mail pare resolver nossos problemas!
