Lots of better options in the area We arrived at the hotel and walked up to the counter. 2 employees were behind the counter and they both walked away and one said someone will be with you shortly. A few minutes later one of them returned and checked us in. It was around 3:45 in the afternoon and were given a room on the second floor. Terrible, filthy, hotel. This hotel was horrible. The only good part was the location. The bathrooms were filthy. When I asked to cancel my reservation, the manager, Emily, was also very rude. She blamed the filth on hard water, but it was clear that the room hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned in a while. The hallways were dark and had an odor. Kitchen was cool....1st room bed wasnt made but ok switch rooms. The sink clogged then of saturday the night it snowed the heater went out

Expectations not met. Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Note there is no ice machine or usb cord chargers onsite. Breakfast is coffee, tea, granola bars and oatmeal packets. There was NO hot water for shower in the morning - not even lukewarm.

Dirty Bed, Dirty Towels I took my wife and brother in-law to Milwaukee so he could take his placement test at the University of Milwaukee and chose to booked with Extended Stay for a night. I booked a room with a king size bed and a foldout couch that was supposed to sleep 4 people. When we got in the room, we checked the foldout couch before using it and it was filthy full of crumbs and food.
