Expected more..! Overall the hotel was okay..! But housecleaning could be better..! Didn’t even come clean our room like usual..! I been to other places before and stayed more then one day and my room was still cleaned..! Pull the pullout bed to use and there was old dirty sheets still on it..! Probably won’t go back there again..!

The room we stayed in looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. The toilet had poop stain in it and there was hair all over the tub. We reserved the room for 2 guests and the bed only came with 3 pillows instead of 4 which was an odd set up. The free breakfast consisted of granola bars and mini muffins only. Room service never came to change out the towels either. We ended up checking out of the hotel a day early.

Disgusting, dirty, smelly, outdated, poor quality of everything especially bedding which was thin and uncomfortable and made of some kind of waterproof polyester. Stains all over the place. Fluorescent lights and cheap finishes everywhere made it look like a bad college dorm. Smelly in hallways, elevator had greasy handprints everywhere. Shower made a screeching sound.
