Checked in. Went to room. It was a complete mess. Sheets on the floor, bathroom had trash everywhere. Went to front desk. They didn't seem to care. There were multiple people at the front desk, all seemed to have issues. Decided not to stay. Extended stay America said I used the reservation. I did not. They did not want to refund my 160 dollars. I will never stay at this chain again.

The check-in was terrible and the rest of the stay was not any more pleasant.

Poorly maintained room. Bugs including spiders seen on bed.

They gave away my reservation... Had to get something different within the hotel. Was not happy...

Counter person route for the condition of the room service it is totally overpriced

Dirty, smelly, disgusting. Fire alarm at 5:00 am. Carpet in the hallway not vacuumed. Towels smelled like not washed
