Hotel.com drops the ball. I didn’t stay. Clerk couldn’t figure out how to check me in so I left. Charged me anyways. Hotels.com was useless in helping out. Just pay more and actual STAY at places you pay for.
I was unable to stay at this hotel. They had no electricity for hours and hours and were unable to check me in unless I wanted to wander around through a pitch black hotel with filled with beeping smoke detectors. I found a different hotel.
We arrived late to the property, which did not interfere with anything. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating; however, we heard a dog barking at 11:30 pm while checking in. Our room was far away from the dog, so that didn't bother us. The all around appearance of the hotel is subpar. Our room had no waste basket in the bathroom, the shower area was not well kept and the room seemed older and not updated. Not sure I will stay with them again. Not a great experience considering we spent $111 for one night.

The hallways reeked so badly it was nauseating. We were happy to the response from the staff regarding our noise complaint about the music blaring from across the hall. Breakfast was a joke, and disappointed there was no pool

Unimpressed. The description of hotel amenities said there was a continental breakfast available. We found in the morning that it consisted of coffee, packaged muffins, granola bars and instant oatmeal. Very disappointed. Also the ceiling and walls were very thin so there was a lot of noise during the night.

For an Extended stay, we didn't have a coffee machine in our room or for that matter anything to even use to cook with. No amenities at all. The room was not very clean. Spent more than I should have for this stay.

Found this complex to be unacceptable. No coffee maker, one washcloth, one waste basket and no shampoo. There was no information about tv channel guide, no information regarding activities around the complex. After searching around I did find information regarding kitchen gear required to call down to desk for all the peripheral. Coffee bar was offered in the A.M. all four pots were empty no no around to tell had to go to a phone to inform the appropriate personnel. Will never spend another night in this complex. Did not receive the room I reserved, the room smelled of fried food. The bathroom tub was clogged.
