STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!! From the moment we arrived it was bad and progressively got worse. Nobody was at the desk. We waited and then called the front desk from the entrance phone. After waiting about 10 to 15 minutes an employee came from somewhere in the facility along with two women who were drinking and smoking and were obviously under the influence. I lost my purse... The customer service rep didn't understand that and I couldn't even check in hotel. Had a horrible night sleeping in my car

Don’t go! One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. We waited for a front desk employee twice, along with 3 other guests, for over 20 minutes. We called the front desk multiple times, no one ever came to assist us, there were no cups for coffee and no containers for oatmeal after getting little to no sleep due to the beds being like concrete and people banging on walls/singing/etc well into the night

Absolutely disgusting. Rude front desk attendants when there was actually anyone around. Got there late, left early. Showed front desk pictures of dried blood and who knows what else from the walls, vanity, and linens. Had housekeeping check room to verify. Apologized and said I would only be charged tax. Turned around and charged full amount anyway.

Very unprofessional This is the first hotel I have ever stayed at where the front desk person took a photo of my ID, our room was not ready when we arrived. I booked the room between 3-4pm, didn't arrive at the hotel until after 9 pm and our room wasn't ready.

Don't stay here There is no attendant at the front desk...you have to call them from the lobby. My room was dirty. Dried on food on the table from god knows when. Bathroom was filthy. No lightbulb over stove. Refrigerator clanked all night.
