Rooms dirty and on top of that they started doing construction 8am on Sunday morning over my head

There was a lot of biscuit crumbs on the pullout bed and it also had bed bugs so I couldn't sleep well. Ended up sharing the actual bed which wasnt the original plan. There were red stains on the carpet and telephone...it looked like blood.

Coach your team for success - big fail! Understaffed, staff did not care about guests with the exception of a room cleaner from a sistee property. Their room cleaners auit I was told. He was cleaning my room at 8pm. Roofers replacing roof at 8am -- no warning or any communication about this. Very difficult to check in. No one at desk at checkout in the morning. No breakfast -- this was locked up it appeared in a back office. Wish I had a picture of the garbage room. Could be decent if managed differently.

Housekeeping was an extra charge. The front desk wouldn’t replace my dirty towels that had a previous guests hair on them still, they told me to bring the towels down myself to get them replaced. The hallways smelled like cigarettes. My bathtub wouldn’t drain the water from the previous share. When I first checked in and entered my room the pillows hadn’t been made up, it looked like someone had been recently laying in the bed. Place was old and dirty. It was the worst. Shower was clogged up and disgusting. No room service. No fresh towels. Sheets felt dirty. It was just horrible. I couldn’t believe there was no housekeeping. I pay for a room so I could get my room cleaned and restocked on the daily. Cleanliness is beyond poorly.

Hotel in general in need of maintenance. Refrigerator was filthy with obvious sticky rings left behind. Shower was accumulated filth. Bed was not necessarily uncomfortable but bedding certainly was (sheet and thin blanket) Location was convenient and staff welcoming.

This is the only hotel I have ever left before the night was over. The first thing as we made our way to our room was the smell of disinfectant over vomit. The halls were dingy and dark. This made a bad impression first of. I worried as I opened the door to our room. The room was clean but the scent of disinfectant barely covered the tobacco odor in the room. Did not feel safe at this property at all nor is it a welcoming atmosphere. Room was not clean at check in. Toilet was left clogged. Blood on corner of mattress and bloodstains on bedspread. Beetles crawling on counters and ticks on the wall. T.v. shut off with the slightest bump. No coffee maker in the room. Hallways smelled terrible. Staff were heavy smokers and the smell followed them. Trash was never taken out. If you wanted clean towels you had to bring them to the front desk and hope someone was there.
