When i got to my room on the 3rd floor there were no sheet on the bed. The person at the front desk said they would bring them up and make the bed. When he got there he said he could not find any sheets so i had to pack up and move to another room on the 3rd floor. The next day my key did not work so i had to go get it redone.

There was unflushed crap in the room toilet that was stained to the bowl. There was less than 1/2 roll of toilet hair with no replacement. The shower head leaked and sprayed ot of the shower. There were no kitchen supplies, so on request while at the front desk they couldn't supply me with a reasturant style prepped utensil set. Instead I got a fork and knife from the front desk person's hands. All the pillows were kind of used looking and wrinkled. There was only a fitted bed sheet and blanket.

I couldn’t sleep the room up stairs jumped all night I was lock out of the hotel for an hour

Staff complained to guests about how busy they were, shower had mold. We booked 2 rooms; 1 room did not hat hot shower and the other shower drain was clogged. When we notified the front desk, nothing was done.

Didn't like no plates glasses or silver. Toilet plugged for no reason. No light bulbs in most lights. Miss leading online info., elevator stinks

I complainted twice calling the hotel and the managers never called me back there was poop in the toilet and a used beer in the fridge the check in was nice but crashed sfyer thst bery disappointed.
