Felt dirty as soon as I walked in, we got there an hour past check in and they did not have a room ready for us. Went back later, checked in and out pillow case was dirty with blood on it, we had no flat sheet on the bed, window was open and screen was busted. The AC/heat unit stunk when it ran and it looked like mold inside of the unit. Shower was extremely dirty as well as the shower curtain. Everything is outdated. Has a terrible strong odor in the hallway and the room smells like a strong woman perfume. My money was not refundable so I had no choice.

There was a dirty sock left in the room. We had no idea that every room allowed pets, or we would not have stayed. Dirty, smelly and disgusting. The ladie at the front desk was nice.

The refrigerator is filled with food and floor is sticky.

Booked this last minute for my husband as his flight was delayed until the morning. He said it was dirty, he went to use the toilet and it wasn’t clean.

We booked this hotel because it is close to the airport. Upon arrival the room was very dirty! Our feet stuck to the floor, refrigerator dirty, mold in the shower and toliet stained. I took a towel and wiped down the floor and the towel was black!

Was told they didn't have my room After missed plane connection and forced overnite stay, I was desperately trying to find a hotel with a room available. They had one and I booked it while walking through airport. When my cab dropped me off at the hotel, at 11.30pm, front desk person told me they were completely full and didn't have a room. What? after a few minutes of Are you kidding me? (no car, would barely get 5 hours sleep for a 7am flight, etc) he found a room. But the deal is, their system is messed up.
