Sheets shorted - poor service The sheets on our bed were not large enough to fit the mattress, it appeared they had full sheets on a queen bed! I called the receptionist and she said she would bring us a different set of sheets, she never came to our room! The constant fan on the room unit did not work. There was a used dish clothe in the drawer on the night stand. There was change and dust on the TV stand. Overbooked rooms without warning During the snow storm they overbooked the rooms and “forgot” to tell us. At the arrival to the hotel informed us that there are no rooms. Plus they can’t refund the money. I had to contact Expedia and straighten things out. Finally I got my refund.

Dirty Our first room had hair all over the tub soap on the shower curtains and old food in the refrigerator. We switched rooms and while it was cleaner the trash was full and the faucet sprayed water all over the bathroom. I won't be back it was nasty. The only good thing was the friendly staff at the front desk.

Toilet overflowed. Was directed to a bucket of pl Toilet overflowed. Was then directed to a bucket of plungers on my floor. Had to clean up the floor with towels which then were placed in a bag and left in the trash room. When I asked to have the room refreshed post the overflow debacle, I was informed it would be a $10 charge. Horrible bed and sheets. The refrigerator made so much noise I had to unplug it. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.

Falsely advertised amenities - terrible experience - breakfast consists of a keurig and oatmeal with no hot water - dirty room, missing lightbulbs, sink plugs, and cutlery - unhelpful staff and my call to corporate left me on hold twice without answering

I checked in and go into my room and the first thing I notice is a puddle of water in the bathroom. I first check it out and wipe the water off the ground and notice it slightly damage the flooring. So I put towels around the source of the leak. I called front desk and advised them of this issue and was told my the clerk, “ I will notify maintenance” I then said “that’s it”. Was not impressed. Pictures looked way better then actual place. Rooms run down and had to change rooms because first one had dirty towel in bathroom and barking dogs on both sides.

Not very good for the price The rooms were dilapidated as most of the furniture was pretty old, and the kitchen cabinets needed painting and cleaning. The internet went out for three days with little explanation or efforts to restore it. When we did have it, it dropped out multiple times in a day. Overall it was very disappointing for the investment to stay for 9 days

Average hotel but won’t stay again The hotel only had one of two elevators operating. The room was comfortable but the bed was hard as a rock. The breakfast consisted of granola bars and instant oatmeal. Would have been nice if they would have some fruit or yogurt. Not what I would call continental breakfast. Probably won’t stay there again. The air-conditioner was running and it was a chilly night and I couldn’t get it to warm up in the room.
