Pitiful breakfast, especially when compared to oth Other hotels w: same rates offer better breakfast. Your linens should all be replaced or use a better laundry as they all look dingy/dirty. Broken hair dryer reported to manager; response was that a replacement was ordered & would arrive in a week. I was forced to purchase one myself or do without for my 5 day stay. We were there 4 Nat'l SeniorvGames & staff was unaware the City was hosting the event.

no rest What a nightmare! We arrived at 1:00 am to stand at the front desk for an hour. They said their computers where doing some kind of audit. No way to get checked in. Then they couldn't find our reservation! Had to contact Hotels.com for them to send the info to the hotel. I was so mad after all this, I couldn't get to sleep until 3:00 am! We had to be at the airport by 7:30 to catch a flight. Needless to say it made the next day horrible. Everyone was tired and irritable all day. I will not ever use either Hotels.com o... read more

Eagan, Stay America In the suburbs in Eagan off interstate 35. Very uncomfortable beds and pillows. Hot water in shower was lacking. I had to ask for dinnerware and utensils, which I have never had to in other EXSA's. The front desk staff were nice and kind though. I would not stay here again for the price and hotel room amenities.

Major cleanliness issues, would not stay here again.

Expect the unexpected Does not look like the pictures posted. One staff. Rooms are not clean and they are old. Breakfast is more like a snack in the lobby. HOTELl did not feel inviting.

Cards for unlocking room door worked half the time. Bed not that comfortable.

Never again... The room wasn't entirely clean - in fact, there were someone else's articles of clothing left under the bed. We didn't dare look to see what they were. The counters in the kitchen area had telltale signs of food and residue on them. The floor in the bathroom wasn't clean, either. The heater was located directly in front of the foot of the bed and it blew on us head to toe all night long. It was impossible to set it so that the temperature remained comfortable consistently. I think that this is a drug hangout There were a lot of unsavory people staying at the hotel. Many seemed like they were on drugs. What's more, several of the outside doors had issues. The front desk clerk indicated "oh, that is because the cops broke open that door on a drug bust." At a hotel, which to me indicates that such activity must be pervasive at this establishment.
