Too small room, unprofessional service, Overall..not good

Had to wait 15 minutes, outside to check in. Strange.

We keep our front doors locked late at night for security reason, but I am sorry that our attendant was not there in a timely manner. Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. This may have been the most unpleasant hotel stay that I have ever had. The staff at check in failed to familiarize me with their policies. I checked in for a 2 night stay and was amazed upon returning to the hotel after on my second night, to find my room not cleaned from the night before. On confronting the staff about this, I was informed that it is their policy to clean the rooms just once a week, because they only have 2 members of staff responsible for house keeping and it was impossibl... read more

Not as nice as I expected I was not happy with our hotel. The room was very small and the kitchen had no dishes or utensils! I specifically picked a hotel with a kitchen so we could cook. Nope. The bathtub had a clogged drain so we all had to shower in everybody else's dirty water. No shampoo was provided. We were there for two days but no one cleaned our room. We used the same towels for two days. The website said there was breakfast provided. But upon arrival we were told breakfast was"grab and go". There was a coffee pot,... read more

WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE First, I was asked for my license plate number and make and model of car. Second, I was told there was no housekeeping available to me unless I was staying longer than 7 days. Third, there was no desk set up in the room. Had to do my work off of a kitchen counter. Fourth, My access card had to be reset each time I came in and out the room. And FIFTH..THE ROOM WAS DISGUSTINGLY FILTHY!! The refrigerator had strings of hair in 3 locations that I saw. There was also crumbs on the door handle where you open... read more

食器、調理道具 ミニキッチンが設備されているにもかかわらず、調理器具はおろか、ナイフ、フォーク類、コップすら置かれていなかった。(他のエクステンデッドステイでは用意されていた) フロントにそのことを伝え、翌日には届けると答えられ、そのことは宿泊者データにも登録されたが何も届かなかった。
