Bathroom exhaust is so loud. Hanger in the bathroom are off the wall. Microwave fan doesn’t work . The big guy at the front desk is way less than helpful. This is the ESA South in Eagan

I reserved a room on orbitz for one price but when I got to the hotel they charged me mote. It was only $5 more but that was not the rate I booked with. Beware of this “hotel”
