Upon check in staff was not available, room was very dirty , towels had black spots all over them and the bathtub looked like it never been cleaned.

Staff was very friendly and willing to refund without difficulty when we explained/showed pictures of the room. Carpet was stained. Bathroom couter top was also stained in several spots. Toilet, mirror, and shower was dirty. Some towels were stained. Window curtain broken. Walls were patched & painted with a different color paint, etc, etc.

This hotel is also a homeless shelter!! I have never stayed in a hotel that was as dirty as this hotel. I paid $180 to stay here. I even took photos of how dirty it was. Not only that I felt unsafe. I did feel comfortable even walking to my car in the parking lot while there!

You get what you pay for. And here you pay for a place that seems to serve as a part time homeless shelter. Dirty. When I turned on shower the tub was so dirty that the dirt swirled around in the tub.

We reserved a room and called ahead, was assured a room was available. No room was available upon arrival. We were put in a room that was out of order. The smoke detector was missing, the tub was peeling, there was a rust spot on the toilet seat and there were drywall patches on the room. The front desk lady checked us into the wrong room so we got a rude knock at our door from the GM. Furthermore there seems to be illegal activities going on Between the other guests.

Do not go here unless you want to be creeped out! Aweful! The property was not like the one on the website! When we walked in the lobby we were shocked and disgusted,along with other guests! Our rooms were even available and there was only one person working! It was so dirty and felt like a crime scene in a movie! This hotel should not be available to anyone! I got my money refunded!
