Room not adequately clean on arrival. Garbage from previous lodger still in bin; toilet soiled on arrival. Management promised partial credit, but where is it? Not enough bath accessories. Did not realize room would not have any housekeeping done during our 4-night stay. Nice to have refrigerator/microwave, etc., EXCEPT no way to use them. No tea kettle. No serving pieces of ANY kind. No accessories except one dish cloth were provided.

Looks good from the outside When I checked in, the guy checking me in was wearing a corporate logo shirt that was unbuttoned. He was also wearing a flat brimmed hat. Not the warmest of people as far as conversation goes. When I checked out the lady that checked me out was wearing a baggy hoodie with California written on it. Very unprofessional. Poor Booked smoking room didn't receive , had major flood from faulty plumbing , told I'd get refund , 2wks later still trying to get my money back !
Decent place for your money. Shady people staying here. They were smoking weed and talking in the halls until almost midnight.

Fabulous friendly desk clerk, comfy bed First of all, the desk clerk "Jody" was fabulous. She was very friendly and enthusiastic, and we had a nice chat with her. From observing her interacting with other customers, she seems to be well-loved and we could see why. The room was functional, and the bed much more comfortable than I expected for such a utilitarian-type place. OK for smaller families - good service! Rooms in general OK, but not the cleanest in the business. Great service by staff when presented by a booking challenge: Problemsolving when booking went wrong: had to communicate both with bookling agent and hotel front desk simultaneously.

Great Experience The staff makes it work...totally. So easy to accommodate all requests. Nice place for the price, but again it's all about the people.

everything was great, except the face that there was not a non-smoking room available
