Just DON'T possibly the worst place I have ever stayed. I don't want to tell you what type of hairs I found on two out of the three pillows and what was in the bed. Did they change the sheets from the previous guest? I'd be surprised if they did. Ended up sleeping 4 hours in the recliner and got out of there as soon as I could I could mention the lack of cold water, but a cold shower on an early Sunday morning was pretty much expected. Never again!
HORRIBLEEEE Funny smell, everything apeared to be dirty, service was horrible, i flipped my sheet to get in the bed and there was a HUGE pee like stain in the center of the bed and someone MADE that bed covering the pee mark. It was so bad i checked out early and slept in a chair.
Customer Service The guy at the desk was rude and disrespectful very unprofessional.

Rock hard The beds are hard rock with flat pillows. They didn't have any extra pillows to try and make the sleeping arrangement a bit more comfortable. They have limited television channels. Other than that it was alright it was another hotel stay. Most likely will not return.
Nice hotel not far from the airport Great emergency accommodations following a flight cancelled for weather. Warm. Cozy. Inexpensive. No airport shuttle though.

Typical Overall the hotel was your typical chain hotel. The staff was professional AMD nice. The lobby, halls, and room were clean. Its in a quiet area close to shopping and highway. The only thing that made me uncomfortable is when we were outside having a cigarette and 3 cops rolled up all shady with no lights on and staring at everyone. Don't know what they were there for but made me a little uncomfortable. Other than that, I slept like a baby.
Very convenient location Close to Mall of America and the airport. Also we were easily able to go downtown from here.
